Yes. Concierge Care membership does not take the place of health insurance coverage.
Yes. We will submit claim with your insurance company for office visits. If your insurance plan requires a co-pay, we are required to collect it at the time of your visit. Office visit charges are not included in your membership fee.
It is unlikely that Concierge care membership will be reimbursable by health insurance plans.
My intention is to be readily available to my concierge patients. If and when I am not immediately reachable, for practical reasons, I reserve the right to designate a trusted colleague should the need arise.
If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first. If your problem is minor, please contact me. If you seek care at an emergency room, I will be readily available for phone consultation with you and/or other healthcare personnel.
Yes. Paying your annual fee allows you to be a member of my Concierge Medicine practice. I strongly encourage you to utilize the benefits offered, regardless of your state of health.
Concierge Medicine practice is a membership-only practice with limited enrollment. Once that enrollment limit is reached, a waiting list will be generated. The enrollment limit must be honored in order to provide the highest quality of personalized care to all paid members.
